The property at 918 Main Street was completely destroyed by the tornados in early 2020. The owners hired The Owner's Rep to completely redevelop the property to maximize its value and ROI. The project will be a total of five stories, the first being retail and floors two through five being apartment units. This project is slated to be completed by the end of 2022.

The Owner's Rep is involved in the day-to-day construction management, as well as ensuring the project remains within budget. We're looking forward to handing over the keys to a beautiful place to call home for the very first tenant.
