A boutique marketing agency in Franklin, Tennessee enlisted The Owner's Rep to facilitate the design and construction of their new primary office. We worked alongside a local architect to develop a space plan that would maximize the usability of a relatively small footprint and the agency owner's along with their employees were beyond thrilled with the finished product.

The agency had a critical move-in date and The Owner's Rep was onsite with the selected general contractor nearly every day to ensure the office was completed on time, and that all systems, furniture and equipment were in place in order to open as scheduled.
